Dale Hermann, Chair of the Board

Dale Herman has served as Board Chair and Managing Director of CorSource Technology Group since 2004. He is an attorney with a practice in technology and business law.

Mr. Hermann has served as counsel to a number of publicly traded corporations including general counsel to an Oregon based software company from its start up to its establishment as leading international developer and supplier of construction and property management software. He is a member of the International Bar Association and its committee on Technology.

Mr. Hermann has served on the boards of several private and publicly traded corporations including an Oregon bank holding company, where he was chairman of the Board. He is a trustee of Willamette University where he serves on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the College of Law Trustee Committee.
